Mark, when I was in school I followed my brother. So when the teachers learned of me, instant fail and go to the principal! I had to proove to them that I was better (or didn't get caught as much!).

He does not have to worry about that at least.

And yes I have to still proove to people at werk and customer sites that i am better than him and not him.
