I think she has adapted pretty well on days when there is not much else going on. I think she actually enjoys being away from the house a few days a week. If we are busy with appts, sports and such she works from home. Her manager is OK with that idea but I still warn her that the return to office edict came from a division manager, not her manager and not to take advantage.
