Only the Pop Tarts now...I shut the kitchen down due to lack of interest at the time

I used to like the Brown Sugar Cinnamon ones a lot...but these days they all but make me sick.

I have found I can still have SOME sweets and junk food if I am exercising daily. I feel better and I look better in the mirror...maybe not in the face, that is too far gone to fix.
But body wise I can see it and feel the results.
