Morning Woods!
Spent the weekend ripping out old carpet from the water damage. None of this carpet was damaged but was part of the insurance claim since the adjuster was unable to determine how much was actually damaged. Since there was mold potentially, they gave us a claim for all of it.
Putting down vinyl laminate flooring this week.
I learned that carpet is heavy, shreds your hands, and backing deteriorates. Pulling up all the carpet staple holder thingys was a BITCH since they were nailed into the concrete pad.
Sand on the way, and it's Monday!

Morning Mark, Doc, Rick and Greg, anybody else I missed, return to winter here today, dropping temps and 1-2" of sand forecast this afternoon. Rear brakes installed on the truck yesterday while it was a little warmer. I got my money's worth out of the old ones, that's for sure.
