Finding more and more bobos from useless guy. Ready to kill him already. Took me two days to go from okay to he is dead meat!

Yesterday had a big quote with the main Vp and it was so screwed up. Fixed two things and there was two more I didn't even know about. Customer was cool and understanding. Heard he sent an email to the VP bitching abou it. No but useless guy. Be interesting going on with this customer.

 

Morning Dan. Drunk boy came back to work today. Not sure what the higher ups have in store for him.

Been busy doing the work that allows me to download the program, that gives me the access, to get to the vpn, to sign into the place that lets me find out what I need to do the work. Next I'll try to do a similar process to actually do the work.

Basically it's a 6 hour process to do 15 minutes of work. Very efficient.

Had to put in a ticket for a failed drive on one of our servers and documenting the process since the former Sys Admins never wrote it down.
