We got the rounded corners on everything, if I want crown molding I can put it up al to cheaper than this builder.

 

Russ, that has to be exciting, beautiful new house and all. How soon will you list your #2 house? I suspect you won't have to do much to get it ready ....being a bona-fide handy man and such.......

 

After we get moved, we will throw some paint on house #1 then sell it.

We are geting new flooring in the basement next week. Insurance opted to replace all the carpet and we decided on Luxury Laminate Flooring instead of new carpet.

I gotta rip up the old carpet this weekend. YAY!
