Wanna kick my 17-1/2 year old daughter out of the house but according to Komifornia law I can't without going to court!!!.

I been on my own since 15, never had a court case or hearing, I just left. Not to mention a court would have put my ole man in prison for child neglect but that's a whole nother story.
Sick and tired of DRAMA and BS. I hate millenials, yes, even my own. I just wanna slap the **** outta her 23 hours a day and wake her up to some common sense. Walmart will be about the best job she'd ever get unless K-Mart makes a comeback.
