TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part X
Morning gentlemen!
I do a lot of business in Michigan. I once remarked on the unusually bad drivers around Detroit. I was told that there is a large middle east population and apparently they are horrible drivers. So much so that it drives insurance rates up well over the national average. Just what I heard.

Morning Markus, Mark, Greg, Chuck, Terry, and Dan!
Well I can assure you Milwaukee is no better. It's getting exponentially worse every year. And there's no foreign influence to blame it on. I don't even like driving into the city anymore.
Not uncommon inside of 15 mile to see people just flat out disregard stop lights and stop signs. The segment you speak of in Dearborn, yea they will start honking at you for waiting at red light to change. I guess they figure if no one is coming in the opposite direction that you can just run the light.
I was there a couple years back when me and my friend rode over to the lake and took the ferry across headed to the HD museum. My friend was born and raised in the little town I live in now. Member of a local MC. ( Big Bad Biker) We are riding around downtown looking for a motel and we stopped at a light. He looked over at me and said "We gotta get the F out of here. We were 15 miles or so out of town before he felt safe enough to stop for the night. LOL
