I have a few Lodge cast iron skillets, various sizes, and a couple of their flat iron whatever you call them you can lay on meat patties to hold them flat. When I bought them, they were cheaper than the coarse finish chinese junk in Walmart, too. Occasionally oil them all over and put in the oven when I'm baking something, cook like nonstick that way. Passed their factory once riding in the South, forget which state.
