TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part X
I had a '98 and wanted to stay at this size. SIL's new Rubicon is just too big for what I need. I prefer the look of the ones with the black fender extensions instead of the one piece monocolor fenders.

Hey Al, Greg....
Everyone wants to be cool and smooth. Most aren't, and it's painfully obvious...
Wanna see cool? Bust a string, keep ripping cuz you don't need it, then switch guitars about as smooth and cool as can be while performing live....

Morning Greg!
Did the VIEDs on my bike before the FP3. I put slip-ons on and didn't want them to discolor. Seemd to work fine. The FP3 just steps that up a notch. But like Stan said, the PV2 has even more options for tuneability. That said I beat up on my buddies 110 RG with PV2 with my measly 103. It's all about rider.

SRV was amazing. I had a BIL that was an excellent professional guitarest in his own right. He said SRV must have had fingers made of oak because he played the heaviest strings he could get. Really something to break one!
I remember exactly where I was when I heard the news. Damn shame what happened right here in Wisconsin.
