Nah, we’re pretty laid back and all we do is enforce the covenants that everyone agreed to when they bought into the neighborhood. Amazing how many people sign papers then the first thing they want to do is violate the CC&Rs or not pay Association dues. It’s OK, we have lawyers for that and it only drives up the homeowners costs when they finally cave
