Back from the 3 S's (plus a hair cut). Also had 1st and 2nd breakfasts, exercised, fed 1 kid, cleaned the kitchen and put the trash out on the curb. (I almost said "put out" the trash but that would have been too big an opening).

Greg, I am hoping to get a January ride in today, too.
