I get to werk around an hour early for the same reason. I try to leave a little early too for the same reason to go home. Or I leave later so I am behind the mass.

I do the same....except I use that extra time else where n the day to walk around, have a long lunch BS'in with folks at lunch, smoke breaks...etc
