Bought a puller (cheep HF) couldn’t get it to grab where I needed it. Tried a BFH again with no success. Finally I took Tim’s advice and cut it off ( you could train a monkey to do it quicker). I swear I’m turning into a snowflake, every muscle in my body hurts !.

Did you find out what was keeping it on the shaft or was the woodruff key just jammed in there and twisted?
