Me old boss still maintains a desk here (he owns the facility). He keeps a big jug of E&J in his drawer and always said "Help Yourself".
I have to drive home an hour though and being in jail over New Years sucks !

While I dont manage my father's finances, I do believe our roles have reversed.

I was once the kid who made financial decisions based upon wants greater than my means.

Today I have to wrestle with the fact that my father is no longer the check book balancing, bill paying machine, and personal accountant to himself that he once was.

My Christmas present this year was two new tires for his car after a blowout on the interstate.

Trust me I get it.......

 

My sales manager replies that he has authorization from the president to discuss next week, what we need to do to keep me on with this company. I'm sure some extra money would be really nice but it's not going to solve the problems that create concerns for me here.
