Back from taking Zoey for her morning Constitutional.
Bob, I tell you, if you like the desert, this is it. The back country is amazing. It snowed here last week and there are pools of water standing in various places which makes the wildlife active. We saw javelina, wild horses and hawk snatching a mouse. Some of the trails in Big Bend are quite challenging, we’ll see if my BIL wants to put more scratches on his new Jeep today. The roads out here are in fantastic shape and we are coming back with the bike.

On the upside, it's home office, so I don't have to go to work every day. I just let my laptop run conference calls and I put out a fire or two. Occasional travel to such exotic locations as Sioux Falls and Hibbing MN.
