Messing around with insurance adjusters for the water damage.
Carpet has to be removed 100% according to the local cleaner contractor guy.

Re-morning, Woods...... I'm pi$$ed..that ATV was sold on Saturday and the order for my "Merry Flocking Christmas " Flamingo shirt was cancelled.......basturds ruined my holiday!!

Toilet didnt shut off Saturday Night, ran all night and eventualy the little filler hose started shooting water into the corner top of the tank which then ran down the side and on to the floor. Got some water damage to the carpet, vanity, partitions etc.... Insurance claim filed and now going through the process of getting the repairs organized. Nothing major but I dont want mold issues obviously.

Having minor out-patient surgery on the 28th. Nothing major, think of it as maintenance!
Interesting twist, they want all non-covered expenses and deductibles covered up front before surgery, in my case over $1,100.
No problem, I'll pay but that's a first in my experience. I suppose they would have set pre-approved payments but the little gal on the phone really didn't think that was an option. Guess they have to get money from whomever they can!
