According to Marks link they make a 50 amp output system which might be the best solution.

Rich...... my '14 Ultra puts out 50 amps. I run heated gloves, jacket, handheld CB, Gps, cig lighter and extra lighting with no problem. I'm pretty sure the Slim has same 50 amp out put...you should be fine. If it blows up...blame Lou...

Rich, look in the owners manual for the Slim..it should give output specs...BTW..PowerLet makes some great connectors for heated gear,etc. I have mine run directly to the battery with an inline fuse
