Mick, how was the limo light extravaganza?
Official Version: Nice Italian dinner, light and friendly conversation, comfortable limousine trip (high top Sprinter van), wonderful light display.

Between us: Service at restaurant so lacking one of our group grabbed an order pad and took the orders to the chef. This was after waiting 15 minutes and still no adult beverages. I handled that myself. Limo had no wine opener, made the driver stop at a Walgreen's and bought one so we could get our wimminz properly liquored up. Lights were nice but it took all of about 15 minutes to see them. As noted last evening it is called one of the 10 best in the U.S. so I assume there are 9 other cities that suck as well.

Total Cost: Dinner $214, limo $437, liquor around $60.
Being home by 10:30-priceless.

Mick, that sounds about right...on those occasions, one must remember to set your expectations low.....limos are pricey out there for an evening. Trip that my wife went on , limo owner was a relative of one of the girls, 180 mile round trip, had the car for at least 8-9 hrs...charged them $300 .

I got a free limo ride once. It was a Chevy Caprice classic and had the lights on the roof and a metal divider between the front and back seats

Sounds lovely. They have jewelry for their guests as well.

Did you get the souvenir photo they like to provide their guests. It is a nice perk.

Mark, my son had a peri-natal cyst when he was a youngster. Had to take him to the ER where they lanced it. Whatever was in there squirted about 3 feet in the air. Docs said it would never completely heal up. Did you have the same thing?
