Best remedy I have found for my back is a good chiropractor and a massage from a shop where no one speaks English. Best damn one I've found because they find the spot cause I have no way to tell them.

Hope you find some relief. I am one miserable SOB when my back spasms.

Uhh yuup... didn't measure the throw distance but almost half I would say, won't be able to to test drive it for some time, 4-5 inches of snow here and a bear of a driveway to try to get out. Four wheel drive is my friend here!
