You can't get real excited about this stuff, it will eat you alive if you do....

That was me this evening ragging on XM because they took a full years subscription out of my account today.
I have negotiated to less than 1/2 rate on 2 vehicles for 8 or more years, and always advise them I will not auto-renew.
Don't hate much ....but XM is on my short list.

 

I gotta call them myself.

 

No problem - I actually cancelled and demanded a refund in 24 hours to my account ....when they state 3-5 days are needed (Is this 1955 ??).
I'm expecting an American rep to call me tomorrow. Had to tell Tammy I cancelled her XM (LOL).
They will beg us back with a special offer and the circus will start all over again.
