Al, could you drill the pin hole out and put a 1/4” pipe plug in ?.

Double walled tank, inner liner is plastic, outer is steel. How does a plastic liner get a pinhole in it from water? Been reading where there's been a bunch of issues with the new ones... and why hasn't my plumber called me back?
