Nice.... hope the desk can hold he weight. If it's just for connections and no interface, you could put it in a locked room or locked cabinet for safety.

Howdy Dan! My media server is a PC tower type as well. I have it in a locked storage space under the stairs in the basement

Racks are what I deal with most of the time. Going to be , soon, dealing with the new VTX units. 275 pounds. You need to add support to the cabinet so it does not destroy itself when you pull it out.
