Only one ride this month, it's salt slop soup out there now, and too cold for rain until... who knows what time next year. 2015 was the only year here I managed rides in every month. Missed a couple salty months earlier this year. Oh well, time to make chili. Hot chili...

Almost everything I grow in the garden. Maybe I should call it hot chili flavored vegetable stew with beef, bacon, and sometimes chicken. 
I grow squash, tomatoes, various peppers (good ones, not bells), kale, collards (yep, that goes in the "chili" too), corn, and... beans.
