Whew, survived that place. Really easy to pick when you know what you like as Al said. Most of the fixtures now are LED so no need to worry about bulbs, one size fits all. There have been some new innovations since the last time I shopped in such a store and that is the plain Jane fixture. You know, the ones in your closets or laundry rooms? Well there is now a plain Jane LED version, bright as hell and runs less than 20 bucks for the whole thing. I'm going to have a fire sale on lightbulbs when we move in to house #3.

Russ, I saw those LED closet lights at Home Depot. Bought 2. Need sunglasses when they're on.

No kidding...he likes to trash talk how the system takes advantage of the blakc community as he offers a credit card with an outrageously high interest rate for those same folks so they can build/rebuild their credit
