Had some leftovers for dinner, still got a lil bit to get through even with what the in laws took home. Doesn't help that we had company over for a taco bar Friday and green chili yesterday. But the upside is we don't have to go out for food for a week or so

We have turkey, ham, brisket, pork roast, pork green chili and a lot of fixins

 

Well, throw the turkey away and we can make something work.

 

There is also ground beef taco meat but unless you want to fight Benjamin for it you may want to just ignore it.
