The other day Sherri and I are shopping. At the register the clerk asks her if she has a coupon (cue Ron White skit) and she whips out her phone, pulls up an online coupon and voila...instant savings. I was stunned.

Neat. My wife carries stacks of them with her..... If I'm in places like Macy's which is rare, I play the dumb man/husband routine on the clerk . Works everytime. Goes like this : I go to register and say " I don't have any coupons for this and my wife will kill me if I buy anything without a coupon, she's one of those "coupon crazy" people. Do have any coupons that I can use? if not, I have to put this back." These people love to show you how superior they are and how stupid you are...they ALWAYS have access to coupons...never fails.
