It's the stupidest thing ever. They had a court order to hold 2 ar's then the DOJ threw them in jail for possession with intent to sell.

A gun shop my cousin owns, Greg. In a nut shell a court had a CA compliant AR-15 placed into his custody in order to do a private party transfer (10 day waiting period, paperwork etc). The CA DOJ then raided/arrested them for possessing the AR-15. Not sure what the justification is yet as he can’t discuss specifics per his lawyer.

Plus they were kind enough to arrest them in front of their three kid ages 4-12.

Hopefully a favourable lawsuit follows! The community is really behind them.
