Yup, people decide at noon that climbing a 14er today is a great idea.
Or go for a "short hike" in the mountains. And don't tell anyone where they're going.
Or, We'll go up early, but don't realize how difficult even an "easy" 14er can be, get caught in a thunderstorm, hit by lightning, freeze.
You get the idea.

Since he graduated high school, he lived in Edmonton, then Cold Lake, Grande Prairie, Peace River, Fort McMurray, Grande prairie and now back here.
