I'd hate to have to replace my tool boxes, I had the "It's gotta be Snap-on" disease until I realized different brand tools did better in many cases.

Used to bounce between snap on and craftsman, but craftsman has gone to **** and since the snap on tool guy quit coming by the shop, they can go to hell.

Matco don't look bad, but I'd buy the brand tool that fit what I needed now.

Thinking of dumping cable more and more, is Roko a good alternative?
Or??

TGIF for those keeping score.

Russ, you still stuck overseas?
Maybe family can postpone the holiday get together?
That's what we did when I had to work holidays.

Still stuck here. All I have to do is take my mother to dinner and the wife...separately of course.

Just posted something similar yesterday. I'm looking to spend a grip on tools. Snap-on guy won't even come to my shop so someone recommended Matco.

I did order two torque wrenches from Mac yesterday. 1ea. 1/4" drive and one 1/2" drive. $900 with tax. Had a hard time putting my CC info in the box because of the price. I'm about to install a new cam in my bike and my current torque wrench is garbage.

How’s your Mom doing, Russ?
And I’ll assume that your Mom and Kristi don’t get along.

Perhaps a dietary consideration, they both can't eat his *** at the same time!

I feel for ya Rich! I think I have over 100,000 in tools at home getting rusty. Took a long time to build up that collection. Though the less I use them the better!
