The guy that got fired last week owned over 100 ID's on our servers. Different ID's for different processes. No big deal....except the ID management team has an agent that runs and since he is no longer an employee that agent is expiring his ID's. We requested the ID's be transferred and that request is stuck in the system somewhere so I have to go in each day an re-activate the accounts then their agent does the expiration each night...so it is a never ending battle. Going to get management to bust a coupla skulls
