Afternoon all, gloomy and cold here but I bet Zoe would be a heck of a warm up.

Good to hear Russ is almost out of that hell hole.

Spent 2.5 hours at the hospital physical heart therapy dept yesterday, after all the tests it appears that if I eat right and exercise, I should have a long and happy life, even with the blockages I still have.
