There are a lot of moving parts to this scenario. I have installed a demonstration system which is capable of direction finding radio broadcasts in the HF, VHF and UHF bands. As usual, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. The clock started when I installed the system and our ITAR license expires at the 10 day mark when I have to remove it and return it to the states.

Nah, I never do that! But the Johnny Walker Blue had come out. Plenty of them over here that were the traditional hijab.
