Ok. One funny story before I go. In military school, I was a trouble maker yet a platoon sergeant so I had clout. One morning at 4am, a drill sergeant made a spectacle of me for causing said trouble.
I had usually won all the push up challenges in the barracks earning my Delta dogs to be first in chow line on a weekly basis.
I was brought to a center barrier that divided the platoons. It was a 5 foot wall made of plastered cinder blocks. It was about 100' long.
He ordered me into a front leaning rest by the wall (that's a push up position in the upward position). He said I couldn't move until I knocked down the wall. Puzzled, I still tried to kick it with all might. Eventually, hours had passed and I was on the verge of exhaustion... Shaking, sniveling, drooling, maybe even crying. Along comes the sergeant and walks up to me, laughs, ***** his hand into a fist and knocked down the wall as if you would knock on a door. I collapsed and he told me to get some chow.
Sack time, bitches.

Late nite check in. I didn't even think about going out on the bike again today, that 19 degrees on the first (only) ride never got any higher.
