What are the rules for out of state tags? I'd do anything to get tagged out on a wolf. If there's an application or something and you can direct me I'd love to see what it would take.
Sitting here thinking of the gun I'd bring.... probably my favorite long distance gun is my 270 weatherby.
50 bucks a tag for non resident tags and you can get up to five tags. I'm driving so I can't pull up the specifics right now.

Also they are OTC so you don't need to draw one.

Good luck Dave!!

Damn, must be more wolves than there were when I hunted. I bow hunted all over wolf territory. Heard them at night, saw their tracks, only laid eyes on one. Been all over the Rocky Mountains on horseback bow hunting, only laid eyes on 2 mountain lions in 15 yrs, saw plenty of tracks.

5 tags? Damn things must be thick. That would be awesome. Good luck amigo...

Hell, was looking at wolves the other night on YouTube.

Lots of bad assery, or talk thereof on the Forums...

Check out how wolves deal with interlopers. THAT is badass....

Fascinating animal...
