I got smacked only a few times as I remember. Atoning for my mis-steps was usually worse and more expensive.

Just got a box from my Pop. He sent me a quilt my Grandma had made and given to him and my Mom shortly after they were married. We used to call it the "Medicine Blanket" because it was the one we all used when we were sick and you always felt better after being wrapped in it for a nap.
