If that's the kind with a spring in it, and over 100,000 miles, might consider a new one unless it's easy to change. Mine wasn't. Wasn't cheap, either, 60 bucks if I remember right. Had a Pontiac decide to stop idling, was the spring that got weak and made the mix too lean. I missed what you took this out of.
