Sevi's been there almost 40 yrs.
Big fat soft homemade tortillas every morning, and they load you up. Burritos about a foot long. Awesome food

We have a joint here called Santiagos. They have locations al lover the North Denver area and its suburbs. Their burritos are pretty damn good too, but the change what meat they put in each day and it is not a scheduled thing (Monday = Chorizo, Tuesday = Ham), it is the head cooks random selection
Bike is in really great shape, all chrome is excellent, wheels look new so it'll be relatively easy to do more of a restoration than just rebuild. Something to occupy me over the winter....... going to try soda blasting on the engine next...never did that before.

Sevi passed away, but her older daughter runs the place, we call her Mama...
They make their salsa and salsa verde fresh. Keep in a tub on ice in little plastic containers. Easy to grab and go. I was in a hurry one day at lunch leaving, place was full and I was out the door and Mama hollered Jack!! Get your *** back in here and get some salsa!!!
I said yes maam and did as I was told. Cracked me up.
I don't let many people talk to me that way, but Mama does....LMAO...
