BTW, I used a whole pound of bacon on those twice baked taters. Half didn't look like it would be enough, so did the whole thing. Had enough oil from frying that bacon to do a 3 hole change!

Marky Dos that food looked fabulous, but I vehemently disagree that could be better than what you refer to as "Quarterlies", LMAO....

Hey Jack! Man, it was good stuff. I rarely toot my own horn about my cooking, but tonight was near-Quarterly good.

I also make a damn good Salisbury Steak and home made mashed taters

Salisbury steak sounds good...

I make a hell of a chuck roast and taters....

In fact, leftovers from that became the quesadillas
