furnace acted up, pfffft shut off the water and the electrics to it.....prolly just rely on quartz heaters til the spring gets here , then tackle the furnace. separate water heat so it aint that big a deal.......got me out of werk early

I got lucky, house needed a bunch of fixing, she said I could have the damn thing. Only had to re-mortgage to give her half it's value... I'll never pay it off now unless I sell it. Was worth it, I never could have retired with her bills.

 

yep, me too ,sorta, she bought me out and the restraining order was dismissed, I'm much better off now then I was then.......
