Coastie, Byrne sounds prescient, but really a lot of the crap you could see coming with a little common sense. I predicted a stock market plunge would recover in 60 days or less once, bet a lot of money on it, too, and made a nice sum off it. Trouble is, I can't do that consistently...

I know a lot of folks think this country's back on the right path, but I expect them to get disappointed. We have a guvment at war with itself, that never turns out well no matter what kinda president we have. Technology has given lots of folks that belong in 6x8 cells or 6' below topsoil the means to really F with the with of us, too; just complicates matters to the point I don't think anyone can predict some of the **** that's gonna hit the fan. My prediction is that stuff knowledge and/or common sense can't predict is on the way, and we aren't gonna like a lot of it.
