Poser's Coffee House, All Bullshit Accepted, Part VIII

I put one of the motorcycles' smart tenders on the cages pretty regular, not unusual for one of them to sit a couple weeks, even a month sometimes. Worse in the summer, when there isn't much I get that won't fit in one of the sidecar rigs. Even when I use one at least once a week, that won't keep the batteries up. Hmm, been a week since I charged the truck, should do that again this weekend. Battery is only a month old, gotta take care of the expensive thing. Takes a long time idling to charge a cage battery that cranked slow, in my experience. Even a drive to the grocery store doesn't bring it full up.

Lady friend wanted to go see the Oscar Meyer weinermobile this morning at a nearby grocery store. Was -15 when we were getting dressed, van would fire on one or two cylinders & quit, 5 or 6 times of that and it was flooded. Better put the charger on it, battery must be down a bit now, don't want that in these temps, frozen batteries suck and just got it last year. Went in her car, one of those sardine can Hondas (that's just as big on the outside and as heavy or more than my limousine Bonneville was). Kinda nerve wracking...
It wasn't there. She asked about it, is stuck in a snawlstorm out east. At least I made it home in one piece and have a good cuppa coffee now.
