How deep did you go with the gravel, and why is there two gravel sections? Just wondering because I have to re-do a couple with the metal sides that have pulled away from the house. I have to cover mine, occasionally get a monsoon that filled them with water. Those cheap original windows don't play submarine very well, seen water jetting 6 feet into the basement before I covered em.
This house was built in '71, Minnysota must not have had building codes then, basement walls, wall construction, plumbing, gas lines, 'lectrical... none of it would come close to code today. Or would have, I've done a lot of werk fixing stuf, but there's some things I'm passing on; how would you fix a floor joist sitting on an aluminum window frame?

Warm here today... 74* right now... rode back from campin and the hunnert 20 miles felt like 50 miles!!!
