Yup, have been messing with it, sport mode is what lets you change setups from what I have figured out so far.

Sister has the 6 speed manual, you get that or the 8 speed auto? I don't know a lot about them, might be other options. When I had it, thought my '68 Dodge Coronet RT (440 motor) was fast, probably seem like a slug after an SRT.

I have the man 6 speed, way more fun to drive, the 6 takes a bit of getting use to... track mode seems more for the autos but I have only had it for 10 days and just broke 500 miles Saturday on it. You can change a few things like steering damper and shifting. From what II understand the shift points change in the autos and the rpm's hold higher on the manuals.

Mine is the RT Shaker model Scat Pac, some differences in the SRT but not much for the extra money they want for the SRT. SRT has the bigger brakes, but I find the 4 piston Brembo's stop just fine.

The 485 hp is a waker upper if you get on it for sure!

I'm looking forward to driving the sister's SRT one of these days. Haven't driven a stick car in over 10 years, since I had a Datsun (Nissan?) 300. Moved to Florida recently, probably get down there this winter. Be nice to haul a bike down there, though I remember the last time I rode in Florida, I got slimed by more bugs than I've hit in the last 40 years combined.

I got a nice Dell laptop with 2 batteries and docking station for $130 bucks, refurb from Newegg last year. Nice puter, super fast bootup when I put an SSD in it. But the batteries last less than an hour... Usually plug it in anyway, and don't really use it a lot, but it's a cheap backup. Got 3 puters that I can get internet on, long as the router and cable modem don't crap out on me. This stuf is way more complicationated than the good ol 286 and DOS days, I could build and set up a 'puter in an hour back then.

How does that werk with a manual? I have enough trouble figuring out how to change channels on the radio. Gotta get rid of that rap station on the truck...
