This is different from the previous back pains, more to the sides and I think I've strained a muscle or two. This evening I could get out of my recliner without much more effort than normal, getting better. I tried a muscle relaxant at first, usually that nips middle lower back pain real quick, but it had no effect on this.

lower back pain sux... I see my chiro about once a week to keep mine from acting up. Oh, and his cute receptionist that digs me doesn't hurt
