Daughter and I plan to ride the Black Hills in October, hope it ain't an early winter. Gotta get a big enclosed trailer, she wants to take the Ural so her boy can ride in the sidecar, and it's too slow, too uncomfortable, and I'm not confident in it's long range reliability. I'd like to take the 1200 and her Honda Nighthawk along, too, extra bike would be nice if one of the bikes had a problem that far from home.

Yeah. Thanks. We removed the first mass in her leg about three months ago. This one is in her mouth. They would need to remove her bottom jaw. We don't want to put her through that. It's jaw removal, or chemo. She's seven. We're going to put her down if it come back as cancer. The Dr. doesn't suggest the surgery or chemo.

It's tough. She's family.

I spoke with a breeder in NH about a female pup. She's expecting a litter in August, pups will be ready in October. I am starting the process to get another pooch.

Mornin Rocket. Yep, nobody in here lately. I'm heading back up to the lake today. Will be staying up there for a week or so.

 

I hate this HD comerical that's been playing on the radio. It's some idiot screaming about great deals and how badass you'll be if you own a HD. He sounds like a WWF wrestler spitting and screaming into the microphone. I just hate any association with that mind set. I love my HD but it doesn't make me a badass or chick magnet. I just had to say that....

At one of the rest stops here we came across this. The sign said to refrain from either feeding or attempting to pet it.

 

I remember seeing that critter a few years ago in Wisconsin.
