Mornin John... gettin ready for that drive to shuffle, played pool last night but my back is regretting it this am. I might be dropping my Wed night league, can't take this crap!

Know how back pain is a misery, KR, had too many episodes meself. Been lucky, nothing serious for a few years now. When it hits, it's usually fast, and now I keep a supply of muscle relaxants, take one as soon as I feel it coming on, and seems like most of the time that stops it in hours. Pretty bad when you can't put your socks on sitting down.
