Tomato day, bunch in the dehydrator and about a gallon & a half to 2 gallons cooling in the big pot. Just boil it a bit before putting in zip lock bags to freeze, just tomato mush at that point, what comes outta the gadget I have that removes skins & hard bits, looks like a meat grinder. First big pick this year, will get at least one more. Not as much as most of the last 10 years, though. Lots of tomato/bacon sandwiches left before the season's over, my favorite breakfast, snack and lunch. Not all in one day though. Well, not most days...

That’s my go to sandwich. Bacon and tomato skip the lettuce. Quit storming. Sun back out. Satellite tv back on. Got a good nap in while tv was off the air.
