threw the smokes away this morning, no reason other than they stink, make you cough and oh yeah .....die.

 

 

Amazes me how many people in MN can get so many dui's and still drive. The laws are tough, the courts... not so much. They can confiscate whatever you were driving with the 3rd offense in 10 years, and mandatory loss of license for a year. Guy I worked with years ago lost his pickup that way. Year later... back on the road and back at the bar on the way home, like nothing had happened. His jail time was served on weekends so he could keep working, lenient judge. The only time we're safe from people like this is when they're in jail, and the guy in this article will probably be weaving down the road again in a couple years if not sooner.
