Dayshift checkin in... interesting ride this morning. Came around a turn and there was, what I think was, a young ground hog in the left lane just standing there looking at me. No sooner than I looked a there were two deer on the right shoulder of the road. Got about a half mile down the road and there was a fawn standing broadside in the middle of both lanes, had to slow down to around 20 before she decided it was time to move. Love living in the country, but can't the wild life find another time to be up and active?
I think the wildlife was near the road because they wanted to beon the road........so to speak.....mornin' gamble

This is a busy week, looking forward to my next day off - next Tuesday if I'm lucky. Grandkids 4 days this week, lady friend 5 days. She went home yesterday, plans to come back Friday. I asked for a weekend off, she didn't like that at all. I've got a pair of cast wheels for the latest Harley that match it's sidecar wheel, gotta get those on and take it for a test ride. Wonder what a ferry to Australia would cost...
